    Appointments are held at safe locations of our clients’ choosing. Some clients choose public areas such as libraries, coffee shops, restaurants, and healthcare offices, while other clients prefer the privacy of their homes or offices.

    Our fees vary based on the services requested, your location, and timeframe desired. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

  • Are you available before/after typical business hours?

    Yes, we offer schedule flexibility to fit your busy lifestyle.

  • How much advanced notice is required?

    We request you schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. However, we understand certain circumstances require short notice and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your service requests.

    We offer mobile notary services in the Richmond-Petersburg metropolitan area and remote online notary (RON) services throughout the United States.
